Hot Stones are placed on clients body and oils used to massage the body with hot stones.  The warmth of the stones helps the treatment to penetrate to deeper muscles and tissues.   The stones used as black volcanic natural rock stones.  They absorb and retain heat well which in turns helps you to relax deeply and allows therapist to work on those tight, knotted muscles.

 

The therapist constantly work with you to ensure that the stones are not too hot for you comfort and helps you to slows adjust to the heat levels.
