DAY 1:		History of Ayurveda and Individual constittions Shirobhyanga – Head, Neck and shoulder massage
DAY 2:		"Shirodhara" – Oil Pouring on the third eye
DAY 3:		"Udwarthanam" – Powder Massage Ayurvedic Facial Massage
DAY 4:		"Abhyanga Snanam" – Ayurvedic Full Body Massage Therapy "Kati Vasti" – Oil treatment for lower back ache
DAY 5:		Herbal Powder Bolus (Poultice) Massage – Podi Kizhi "Padabhyanga" – Foot and Leg Massage "Panchakarma Treatments" introduction and course assessment

Course Requirements: Level 3 NVQ in Beauty / Complementary Therapies or equivalent

Affable Therapy Certificate. Learners will be able to obtain public liability insurance upon successful completion of the course.
