Sumita Singh, Principal Tutor, Holistic Mind and Body Therapist
Sumita has enjoyed a multi-faceted career spanning over 15 years. In the 90's she worked in the corporate world. She became Reiki Practitioner in 1997 and has since qualified in many other energy and body therapies. She then retrained invarious forms of psychological therapies like Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programmer, Thought Field Therapy and Stress Management to give longer lasting results to her clients. Her main passion is to explore mind-body relationship with a view to reducing stress. Sumita has trained, where possible, directly from the person who developed the therapy.
She is a full member of Society for Neuro Linguistic Programmers, British Thought Field Association, Institute of Learning, and British Complementary Therapy Association. She is also a CCC Registered Counselor. Sumita loves to do group work and runs craving management, stress management, anxiety management and weight loss workshops in South East London.

Susan Richardson has been doing body therapies forover 15years. She is a qualified Craniosacral Therapist. Susan is highly experienced and versatile therapist and a teacher with 'holistic' style. She has a natural aptitude for teaching. Her courses range from beginners to advance levels and run throughout the year in the UK and Spain. She is currently teachesvarious body therapies like Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, etc. She passionate about integrating eastern philosophy into the western bodywork treatments. She works intuitively with energy and has developed her unique approach to healing.

Tereza, Beauty, Specialising in Make Up
With a background and Degrees in Fine Art and Fashion Design, Tereza then achieved Diplomas in the theory and the practice of Make-up artistry. Also taking a Master class in Advanced Jane Irdale Mineral Cosmetics and Remedial, Camouflage and Bridal Make-up. Tereza has over 10 years experience and is very passionate and proud of her work. Tereza is committed towards her professional development and has recently finished ITEC Beauty Diploma. She runs make up workshops.
